My goal is to design custom training routines for my clients with caution to preexisting injuries/health conditions. The custom routines I make are primarily focused towards specific fitness goals based on individual desires. All of this paired with the respect of your time at the convenience of your home makes your fitness goals all the more obtainable.

My name is Alex, I’ve been a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified fitness trainer since 2010. Fitness has been a hobby of mine my whole life, but when I realized I had the opportunity to make my passion into a career I took a leap from my typical 9-5 and became certified with NASM. This allowed me to begin my personal training journey. I quickly learned that I also had a passion for educating people about proper fitness technique and safety. I am excited to be a part of the fulfillment of every one of my clients' fitness journeys.
